uncomfortable beds
the beds were not comfortable at all. the hotel is pretty far from the masjid, actually. there were only two shuttle buses running, and they were hard to catch so it was tough for my family to walk that 25-30 minute distance.

i appreciated the convenient shuttle service that ran regularly. the hotel was clean and not too far from masjid nabawi as it was only a fifteen minute walk. the staff welcomed me and was very helpful .
the light switch for the room was behind my head on the bed, so it turned on or off whenever i moved.

The professional staff welcomed me warmly. The bus shuttle service to the haram was useful. the room had excellent utilities and bedding. it made moving around easier, and i found the room well-equipped and the bedding comfortable.
the room light switch was positioned awkwardly behind my head on the bed. i found myself accidentally turning the light on and off whenever i moved. this design was inconvenient.

Breakfast offered a decent variety though the supplies seemed to diminish quickly. Arriving even a half-hour late sometimes meant missing out, supplies seemed to be stocked in limited quantities! no lunch or dinner was available.

the staff was helpful, especially the housekeeping team they kept the rooms super clean i want to thank razzak bilal hossam and sokur for their excellent work i appreciated the bus service to the mosque it made access very easy the breakfast provided a wide variety and was quite tasty.

the staff was cute and helpful. the breakfast included was a big plus. the hotel is a newly constructed hotel.
the light switch to turn off the room light was right behind my head on the bed. whenever i moved my head, the light came on or turned off, quite inconvenient. the room cleaning and do not disturb button did not work. i had to call cleaners to my room to clean manually.

The cleanliness impressed me so much. I found the cleaning staff really efficient! the free shuttle service to haram was super convenient. i particularly enjoyed the qahwa and dates offered in the lobby. It was such a cute touch!
the breakfast options were a bit limited for my taste, i think there should have been live cooking for eggs or omelets.
